'Lakeside Beachcaptain' A medium sized hosta. Large, rounded leaves with a pointed tip. Powdery blue-green leaves have a very narrow, creamy yellow to chartreuse lightning bolt down the center of each leaf. Foliage is of heavy substance and is corrugated, making it slug resistant. 'Nancy' (A. Tower, 2005) Small to Medium hosta. The brilliant gold coloration of 'Nancy' adds life to the spring hosta garden like a ray of light on the woodland floor. The wavy heart-shaped leaves are heavily substanced and provide a backdrop to the lavender flowers in late July. The shiny, slightly cupped leaves are most brilliant in the spring.
