Hosta 'Sugar Plum' NEW 2013 MEDIUM (Solberg 2011) - (Seedling X 'One Man's Treasure') 20" high by 28" wide. This is the one!!! The ultimate goal of breeding purple-petioled hostas is to produce an upright plant with rich regal purple color that runs up into the veins at the base of the leaf. Add a bright white back to the leaf and you have the perfection of the purple running all the way into the white. This is that dream plant. It has purple scapes as well and blooms in late August and September. It is a prolific seed producer. $22.00

Hosta 'Totally Awe Sum' (Koller) NEW 2013 MEDIUM (16" high by 18" wide). This hot new sport of ‘Sum and Substance’ is totally unlike anything you have in your collection. Described as a “perplexing permutation”, each leaf of this hosta is a little different, a work of art indeed. Several shades of green, gold and white appear on the dramatically twisted, curled, folded, and corrugated leaves. White streaks near the center of the leaves appear to have been painted on with watercolors. Pale lavender flowers appear in mid to late summer. ‘Totally Awe Sum’ looks nothing like its parent and is a much smaller plant that shows off its totally unique characteristics best in a container. $22.00

Hosta 'Wishing Well' NEW 2013 (Don Dean) LARGE 23" high by 38" wide. This large hosta is prized for holding its beautiful blue color long into the season, even when planted in 2/3 day of sun. Its huge leaves emerge slowly, exhibiting a unique cupped, rippled, corrugated texture. They unfold slowly as they mature. Since they are of thick substance, the leaves are more slug resistant. This large hosta has a good growth rate compared to some other large blues. Near-white flowers begin to appear in midsummer and last into late summer. $20.00
