Leaf Detail: 7 1/2in long by 5 1/2in wide; 1/2in wide blue-green margin; center bright gold to orange as it emerges from soil, becoming lighter during the season with bright light. Flowering: pale lavender flowers on three-foot scapes from mid-July into early August. Comments: outstanding sport of 'Paul's Glory' from Bob Solberg of Green Hill Farm, Chapel Hill, NC (2002 AHS registration); has all of the great characteristics of its mother plant, but improves on it with its bright gold to orange center leaf color as it emerges from the soil in spring; should become one of the most popular cultivars in the near future.
